In recent years, with so many Marvel and DC movies bombarding audiences, Wonder Woman starring Gal Gadot managed to captivate.
It is no wonder that the popularity of this DC character has soared.
Recently a Q Posket Wonder Woman figure caught our attention when we went shopping.
My wife and I were faced with two choices. The more modern Q Posket Justice League Wonder Woman and the Q Posket DC Wonder Woman which depicts her in the 80s classic look.
In the end, we decided on the Classic Look as I thought that it was an iconic design.
Unboxing Our New Toy
Upon reaching home, we couldn’t wait to have some fun taking photos of our new purchase.
The figure itself had a flawless paint job. Wonder Woman’s hair looks like they caught a breeze and are flowing to one side.
Her big eyes and head makes the figure look really cute. Other than her iconic costume, the Q Posket Wonder Wiman also comes with her Lasso of Truth.
We decided to display her for a few days on our TV console before putting her in the toy cabinet.
I also tried to experiment with Portrait mode against different backdrops. In general, I really like posing toys in my house’s balcony at night.
The lighting in the background from the opposite building and streets makes the Wonder Woman figure look like she has found herself in a modern city.
Unfortunately, I was not able to get Portrait mode to work perfectly in this shot. The contours around the Wonder Woman’s hair seems to complex to decipher.
In the end, I had to improve the lighting conditions in the balcony and I got a shot that I was happy with. There are shadows on her face but I was able to get Portrait mode to work properly without blurring out her hair.
Next, I think it would be fun to take some pictures of her with the Nendoroid Batman in my collection.
